"One person with passion is better than forty people merely interested."
— E. M. Forster

Tia has a true passion for what she does and that is readily apparent to her clients. No one is better than her at understanding the clients’ needs, building a relationship with them and being their true marketing and advertising partner.

Having joined the Omni Team in 2002 as an Account Executive, Tia has honed her skills for the past five years and is now a Senior Account Director who heads up her own team and directs the advertising for 16 of Omni’s top clients. “When I started at Omni, I had just a print background. These past five years at Omni has taught me every other aspect of this industry. I love what I do and have taken it upon myself to implement a training program for Omni’s Junior Account Staff. I want to see them grow the same way I have.”

While attending Florida State University, Tia worked for the State Senate in the Communications Department. She worked directly with State Senators to help promote their proposed bills to the public. Holding press conferences, creating marketing campaigns for the bills and promoting them in mass media throughout the state was an invaluable experience. Tia credits this position as a great training ground for her role at Omni as it taught her how to analyze, evaluate and execute the needs of clients.

Near the end of college Tia worked at Clear Channel radio as the Assistant Promotions Director. During this time she acted as a liaison with programming and sales to develop overall campaigns, themes and marketing approaches for 4 different station formats. She developed and oversaw all promotional and contest initiatives of the station with their individual clients. This experience has given Tia a unique understanding of media buying and advertising integration.

Tia graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in advertising. She wants it to be known that the ratio of Seminoles to Gators at Omni is now at an overwhelming 4 to 1.
